Ms. Tierney serves as the Executive in Charge for the Office of Management, the VA Performance Improvement Officer, and Acting VA Chief Financial Officer. In this role she is responsible for the overall budget and financial management of VA’s $152 billion budget as well as the Department’s performance management, business oversight, enterprise risk management, and asset enterprise management programs.
