Pathways at VA
What is Pathways?
Established to help recruit talented people to work in the Federal Government, the Pathways Programs target students and recent graduates of all ages and backgrounds. Pathways consists of three distinct programs: the Internship Program, the Recent Graduates Program, and the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program. The Internship Program is designed for current students, while the Recent Graduates Program is for individuals who have recently graduated from qualifying institutions. The PMF Program is a unique leadership development opportunity for candidates who have earned a graduate or professional degree within the past two years.

As the need for support grows, so does the need to recruit dedicated, talented, and educated individuals who can replace an aging Federal workforce and continue to effectively fulfill VA’s mission.
