I am recognizing Becky Johnson for her 7 years of service to the Alexandria VA Health Care for Homeless Veteran program. Ms. Johnson consistently assists with HCHV matters related to collecting, analyzing, and following up on data needs, including designing and presenting data. She is very organized, meticulous, and efficient in completing any tasks assigned. She also assists with other activities that support the Veteran-centered focus of the HCHV program, including Veteran social activities and keeping the lobby and hallway welcoming. The data and organization she provides helps ensure direct care staff can do their job effectively.

What do you like about case management? How are you “Setting the Standard for Patient-Centered Care”?
I set the standard for patient-centered care by working efficiently and meticulously on all tasks assigned. I also participate in customer service activities that promote Veteran satisfaction with the HCHV program.

Being a Mimi to my 19-month-old grandson is what brings light to my life. This year, the holidays will be extra special. Watching his little face light up brings my heart joy.
