Office FY2022 Annual Report
This report covers the
eleventh grant period for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, including awards made
in 2021 for the FY 2022 period (October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022). The
report summarizes the results attained by the 249 SSVF grantees funded for FY
2022. It is intended to inform Congress and the public about the grantees’
important work helping to prevent and end homelessness among our nation’s
Veterans.
This report uses data
reported by grantees through local Homeless Management Information Systems
(HMIS) and subsequently provided to VA via monthly uploads to the SSVF HMIS
data repository. With the FY 2022 Annual Report, the methodology used to
analyze HMIS data was changed to increase accuracy and efficiency in the annual
reporting process (for more information see Section 2). Additional information
was obtained from grantee quarterly reports and surveys of SSVF program
participants.
The full report is
available on the SSVF website and by following the link: Here.
DUE: Quarterly
Certification due in UDPaaS April 26, 2024
The SSVF Program Office
is requiring all grantees to complete a Quarterly Certification in UDPaaS.
This process is defined in your signed Memorandum of Agreement for your grant
and is a requirement of all grantees. The Quarter 2 (January 1 – March 31)
Certification is available in UDPaaS for completion from April 2, 2024, through
April 26, 2024. Please ensure accuracy of submission as the Program Office
will compare all data provided through Repository uploads from Quarter 2 of
FY24. The Companion Guide to completing the certification will be available in
UDPaaS for grantees to reference instructions for completion of the activity.
