REMINDER: Grant
Management System: Intake Information
SSVF Grantees are
expected to keep up to date intake information within the grant management
system. Grantees can do this by going into their grant award, clicking on
“Request Activity” and select Update Intake Information. Grantees only need to
do this if changes have occurred. Current intake information is available for
review on our website by selecting Locate a SSVF Provider. The SSVF
Program Office strongly encourages grantees to create general email and phone
numbers that do not need to be changed due to staff turnover for Veteran
intakes.
