Collaboration is an important business concept. In this session, participants will gain insight into the complexities of small business bidding and how to perform successfully on Defense Department contracts. Topics covered include knowledge of resources available for networking, researching RFPs, proposal preparation, teaming strategies, execution pitfalls, and business development tips. After the training, participants will better understand how to do business with the Department of Defense.
