About VHA OEM
The VHA Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is within the Office of the Assistant Deputy Under Secretary for Health for Administrative Operations(ADUSH-AO), within the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary for Health for Operations and Management (DUSHOM).
VHA OEM is the program office responsible for the Veterans Health Administration’s Comprehensive Emergency Management Program (CEMP). Headquartered in Martinsburg, WV, on the Martinsburg VAMC campus, VHA OEM has over 90 staff, including headquarters staff located in Martinsburg and Washington, DC, and field program staff distributed throughout the nation, usually stationed at VHA facilities or Nework offices .
