Chaplain Rose Sharon Bryan is primary ACPE Certified Educator for the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHSC). Chaplain Bryan earned the Master of Divinity degree from Hood Theological Seminary located in Salisbury, North Carolina. She is ordained and endorsed as a Hospital Chaplain and an ACPE Certified Educator by the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church.
Chaplain Bryan completed her Chaplain Resident program at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She was accepted in 2001 into the Certified Educator program at Atrium Medical Center (formerly known as Carolinas Medical Center) in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2007, Chaplain Bryan completed her process for certification as a Certified Educator at the Washington Hospital Center located in Washington, District of Columbia, and then became a Board-Certified Chaplain with the Association for Professional Chaplains.
Chaplain Bryan has a wealth of professional experiences that include being a Chaplain educator, College Minister, Hospital Chaplain, a pastor-in-charge, and a registered nurse. Chaplain Bryan is a native New Yorker from Brooklyn.
