Safe care is our mission. Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks continues to offer the COVID-19 vaccine to our Veterans.
COVID-19 Vaccines
If you are an enrolled Veteran who received a vaccination outside of the VA, please report it to your Primary Care team.
NOTE: VHSO currently offers Moderna and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) COVID-19 vaccines.
COVID-19 Vaccine Booster
The health and safety or our Veterans and staff remain a top priority for VHSO. Vaccine remains the best way to protect everyone from serious illness. Protect yourself, your family, and your community by getting your booster today. COVID-19 vaccine has been proven to be effective in diminishing the spread of the virus within our communities.
Who is eligible for a booster?
Anyone age 18 or older who:
- Moderna or Pfizer - at least 5 months after completing your primary COVID-19 vaccination series
- Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) single dose - at least 2 months after completing your primary COVID-19 vaccination series
Veterans are asked to bring their valid VA ID card and CDC Vaccination card with them.

Vaccinations are available at the Fayetteville campus Monday-Friday anytime between 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Primary Care circle drive.

Individuals are now eligible to order four at-home COVID-19 tests completely free. Orders will ship in 7-12 days.
