Per the SSVF Final Rule, grantees are required to enter data into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS). This data consists of information on participants served and the types of supportive services provided by the grantees. Grantees are required to export client-level data for activities funded by the SSVF Program to the VA Repository on a monthly basis.
