Sault Ste. Marie CBOC relocated to 3440 I-75 Business Spur

The Sault Saint Marie Community-Based Outpatient Clinic has relocated to 3440 I-75 Business Spur effective March 21. A staff ribbon cutting ceremony was held to commemorate the new clinic.

The move will provide improved services and overall experience to the 1,400 Veterans who utilize the Sault Ste. Marie CBOC. Services available at the clinic include primary care, mental health and telehealth.

          Press 1 – Pharmacy
          Press 2, then 2 – Primary Care
          Press 2, then 3 – Mental Health
          Press 2, then 4 – All other requests including specialty care
          Press 3 – To talk to a nurse
          Press 4 – Enrollment
