Cassandra Ruoff PharmD

Dr. Cassandra Ruoff is a Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner for the Department of Veterans Affairs - VISN 12 PBM who provides hepatology clinical pharmacy services primarily for patients with viral hepatitis,  Metabolic Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD) and advanced liver disease in our rural facilities. Cassandra is a graduate of Purdue University and completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, Ill. She practiced as a clinical pharmacy specialist for nine years at the Indianapolis, Ind., VA Medical Center, starting its pharmacist-run hepatitis C clinic and leading hepatitis C process improvements locally and within the region prior to moving to VISN 12.  Cassie is the VISN 12 Hepatitis and Advanced Liver Disease and Hepatitis Innovation Teams co-lead and serves on the VA MASLD technical advisory group. She is currently located at the Green Bay, Wis., VA outpatient clinic and provides care to Veterans in Wisconsin, Illinois and Upper Michigan.
