Lindsey Ladell

Lindsey Ladell, PharmD, BCPS graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy going on to complete both a PGY1 and a PGY2 in Medication Use Safety at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center.  During residency, Lindsey obtained board certification (BCPS) and teaching certificates from the University of Wisconsin and Concordia University Wisconsin. Upon graduation, she served as a Patient Safety Manager for seven years before transitioning to the High Reliability Organization Program Manager. In this role, she supports the organization in its pursuit of zero harm implementing and assisting in a variety of leadership, cultural and improvement efforts. Lindsey is a graduate of the Zablocki Leadership Development Program, is a certified fellow-level mentor and has obtained her Green Belt in LEAN certification. She is also a member of ASHP and the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW).
