Lori Uildriks PharmD, BCPS, BCGP

Lori Uildriks, PharmD, BCPS, BCGP received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) College of Pharmacy and recently joined the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in May 2023 as a Clinical Outcomes and Formulary Management clinical specialist. During her pharmacy career, she has practiced in a variety of settings ranging from retail, long-term care, managed care, and academia. Lori is board certified in pharmacotherapy and geriatrics. During the past ten years, she was a clinical pharmacist in the Drug Prior Authorization Group at the UIC College of Pharmacy. Lori worked as a prior authorization pharmacist, academic detailer, and assistant director of Illinois Medicaid Fee-for-Service Programs-Pharmacy Operations during her time at UIC.
