Megan Vranes

Megan Vranes, PharmD, BCPS received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University in Des Moines, IA. When Megan first started with the Milwaukee VA, she worked as a clinical pharmacist in the Community Living Center and outpatient pharmacy. Megan then transitioned to the role of Pharmacy Informatics Manager in 2019. Working in pharmacy informatics, she co-manages the drug file, oversees pharmacy automation systems, and pulls pharmacy data as requested to assist with pharmacy process improvement. Megan also collaborates with other disciplines through various committees and workgroups to assist with pharmacy informatics questions and requests. Megan is a preceptor for the PGY2 Medication Use Safety informatics rotation.
