Julie Hoang PharmD

Dr. Hoang is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and is dedicated to making a positive impact on patients' lives through evidence-based practice and compassionate care. Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Hoang earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Temple University School of Pharmacy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA), the Rho Chi Honor Society, and an alumnus of Lambda Kappa Sigma. Her professional interests include psychiatry/mental health, infectious diseases, and ambulatory care. When she is not caring for Veterans at the VA North Texas, Dr. Hoang can be found with her dog Gumbo, spending time with her family, and enjoying the restaurants and exciting things to do that the Dallas area has to offer.
