Spokane’s Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center is pleased to offer additional health care services and announcements of VA Community Partner events taking place in October 2024.

Spokane’s Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center is pleased to offer additional health care services and announcements of VA Community Partner events taking place in October 2024.

  • October 1-30th: Get your Flu & COVID-19 Vaccines at VA! Available at MGVAMC’s Primary Care Clinic: Call 509-434-7206 (M-F 8a-4p) 
  • October 5-6th: Libby, Montana annual Veterans Stand Down Libby Memorial Events Center 10am-3pm.
  • October 8-9th: MGVAMC Welcomes Veterans, Families, and VA Community Partners for a comprehensive look at VHA health care and services during a “Health Resource Fair at Spokane VA” - Open to All Oct 8-9th in Spokane and Oct. 10th at the Wenatchee CBOC!
  •  October 12th: Spokane’s 5th Annual Veterans Stand Down at The Salvation Army Center  (10a-3pm) at 222 E. Indiana Ave. Spokane, WA - Families Welcome!         

 Did You Know:

  • VA’s Medical Foster Home program is open to those “willing to share their heart and their home” with able-bodied, paying Veterans who are aging with dignity and VA provides in-home healthcare.

  • On Sept. 30, 2024, Leadership at Mann-Grandstaff VAMC welcomed VA Community Partners for

      a special dedication ceremony announcing a new VHA health care site for Veterans in the Spokane Valley.

  • Expected to open in 2025, the Spokane Valley Community Based Outpatient Clinic is located at 12509 E. Mirabeau Parkway.

VA Billing Statements to include Pharmacy Co-Pays:

  • Starting November 1st.  This only applies to Veterans at Mann-Grandstaff VAMC and other “live” ERHM Sites.  After pausing pharmacy co-pays since June 2022, VA will now resume charging co-pays for outpatient pharmacy services through Mann-Grandstaff VAMC beginning with November billing statements.
