Dr. Jessica Logan received her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia.
She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the George Washington University and served as a chief resident. Dr. Logan joined the Washington DC VA Medical Center in 2013 as a hospitalist and director of the medicine inpatient consult service. Since joining the group, she has completed the George Washington University Master Teacher Leadership Development Program and moved into the role of Medicine Clerkship Site Co-director. She currently holds appointments as Assistant Professor of Medicine at the George Washington University and Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. In addition to an academic appointment, Dr. Logan remains involved in the George Washington University's Internal Medicine residency program as a chair of the clinical competency committee and core faculty in the quality improvement curriculum. Her primary interests are medical education and quality improvement.
