The Wilmington VA Medical Center and our VA Clinics in Delaware and southern NJ have changed from a four-digit extension to a five-digit extension. When dialing an extension it now requires a "3" to be dialed in front of the 4-digit ext.

Wilmington VA Mobile Clinic

Our mobile clinic offers primary care and other services to Veterans who are unable to visit our medical center or one of our clinics. Our Wilmington VA Mobile Health Clinic attends community outreach events and has assisted in vaccinating thousands of Veterans against COVID-19.
