Requirement for Paper with text "Your Financial Disclosure Form"Filing

As a general rule, all SGEs must file either a public or confidential financial disclosure report. No FACA members within VA file a public disclosure. Some FACA committees have been granted an exemption from filing by the Designated Agency Ethics Official. If any questions about filing, contact your Designated Federal Official (DFO).

Confidential Reporting: Any SGE not required to file a public financial disclosure report must file a confidential financial disclosure report. Most SGEs file a confidential financial disclosure report which is not available to the public. (Link to 5 C.F.R. 2634.904(b) for more information)
