Jim is a 65-year-old Vietnam Veteran who works part-time in his state’s lottery office. He is divorced without children and lives alone. He has struggled with bouts of mild to moderate depression since his last relationships ended eight years ago. He came into the medical center with back pain (which he has never had before), difficulty sleeping, and fatigue.
