What would recommend?
Jennifer is a 37-year-old woman who was medically retired from the Air Force five years ago due to her persistent pain and fatigue, which resulted in an inability to do her job as an air traffic controller. She was diagnosed with fibromyalgia syndrome seven years ago, six months after returning from an Air Force deployment to Afghanistan. She has a history of intermittent episodes of mild depression that resolved without medications and frequent migraine headaches. Previous treatments have included gabapentin, amitriptyline, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), Tylenol, and intermittent short acting opioids. She is frustrated because none of these have made her pain go away.
