All appointments scheduled after October 21 will automatically be transferred to the Toms River Clinic. Veterans will receive new appointment cards with updated information indicating their new location at the Toms River facility.

The Blind Rehabilitation Service serves visually impaired and legally blind veterans in New Jersey and across VISN 2 with evaluations for Low Vision, Low Vision Therapy, Living Skills, Orientation and Mobility, Computer Access Technology, emotional adjustment, and much more.
