The Strategic Acquisition Center’s (SAC) culture of Trust, Passion to Serve, and Solutions means we put Veterans FIRST. SAC is strategically organized to meet Veterans health care needs and support VA Medical Centers nationwide. SAC Fredericksburg, VA, primarily supports Veterans Health Affairs (VHA) procurement needs through the award of strategic sourcing contract vehicles. SAC-Frederick’s mission is to enable its customers to provide best value solutions to the Veterans and their Families. SAC-F supports our Nation’s Veterans by providing life-cycle innovative acquisition solutions and business advice to its customers, primarily for professional services. SAC-F’s portfolio and customer base transcends all of VA to include VBA, VHA, VACO offices and the Office of the Secretary.

The SAC believes having a strong relationship with our industry partners is a key to success. Having constructive and open dialogue with industry at the appropriate time allows for information sharing and enhances the quality of the requirements executed by acquisition centers.
