Salisbury VA Gerofit Program Overview

The Gerofit program is a supervised group exercise program for Veterans age 65 years old and over, offered at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner Salisbury VA Medical Center. We also offer a telehealth program for those who live too far away to attend the in-person Gerofit program.
