Enrolled Veterans: Hearing impaired Veterans wanting assistance with setting up closed captioning on your phone and digital devices can visit Syracuse VA's VCS Food Court/Cafeteria (ground floor) on Thursday, July 20th, from 10 am to 2 pm to meet with a Representative from CAPTION CALL.
This service is free! No appointment necessary.
