As we continue to celebrate Nurses Month, OAA would like to highlight three BSN nurse residents from the first PB-RNR cohort at the Bay Pines VAHCS in Bay Pines, Florida - Nee Nguyen, Emily Warner, and Nneka Sinclair.PB-RNR Program Director Dr. Cindy Bratcher said the nurse residents have blazed a trail of success since beginning the program in March 2024. "I could not be prouder of these residents," said Bratcher. "They demonstrate teamwork, resilience, and devotion to our Veteran population."
Bratcher said all three residents plan to obtain a permanent position at Bay Pines VAHCS upon graduation of their residency as they enjoy serving Veterans and having the opportunity to give back to them for their service.
