On behalf of the Post-9/11 Military to VA (M2VA) Case Management Program, thank you for your service to our country.
M2VA assists Post-9/11 Veterans and their families with the transition back to civilian life, and provides support with navigating the VA system. We are committed to ensuring that Veterans returning home have timely access to health care and understand their benefits.
If you served in the military on or after September 11, 2001, and are interested in getting connected to VA care, please give us a call. You will be connected to an M2VA team member who will talk with you about your unique needs, and help you identify the right resources for you.
When indicated, case managers conduct full psychosocial assessments and provide ongoing, individualized case management services to assist Post-9/11 Veterans and their families with achieving their transitional goals.

Vet Centers
Vet Centers are counseling centers that help Veterans readjust after deployment. The Vet Center provides counseling for individuals, groups, married couples, and families. They also provide guidance and referrals for other VA and community resources.
