Procurement Policy Memorandums
The Procurement Policy Memorandum (PPM) is the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) method of communicating procedural guidance and policy prescriptions to the acquisition workforce. PPMs replace the Information Letters (ILs), Policy Letters, and other documents the VA used in the past to disseminate this information.
