Resiliency and Reintegration: Introduction
During this lesson, you will learn how military resilience training can affect the transition to civilian life, especially in the workplace.
Upon completion of this lesson you will be able to:
- define military resilience training;
- identify common reintegration issues Veteran employees may experience in the workplace;
- recognize tools for helping Veterans improve their reintegration experience; and
- identify possible job accommodations for Veterans experiencing mental health difficulties such as symptoms of PTSD.
