During this lesson, you will learn about common differences between military and civilian workplaces.
Upon completion of this lesson you will be able to:
- recognize common differences between military and civilian workplaces;
- identify problems that Veteran employees may experience when interacting with management and co–workers in the workplace; and
- identify strategies for managers or supervisors to convey the workplace culture to the Veteran employee.
