VCP Reporting System
- The VCP Reporting System is a database that VCP Co-Chairs use to record their VCP activities and events throughout the fiscal year (October 1 through September 30).
- The information is compiled at the end of each fiscal year for the VCP Summary of Activities.
- The VCP Reporting System captures and displays quantitative and qualitative data, locally and nationally, that includes:
- Number of VA staff participating in a VCP
- Number and type of community organizations involved in VCPs
- Number of meetings held
- Number and type of events that occurred within VCP locations throughout the VA community
- Anecdotes
- Changes in practice
- And more
- VCP Co-Chairs can access the VCP Reporting System to enter their data or to view what is happening at other VCPs across the country and to produce Summary Reports.
- If you are unable to gain access to the VCP Reporting System, email vcp@va.gov or consult the VCP User Instruction Guide.
