VCP Reporting System

  • The VCP Reporting System is a database that VCP Co-Chairs use to record their VCP activities and events throughout the fiscal year (October 1 through September 30).
  • The information is compiled at the end of each fiscal year for the VCP Summary of Activities.  
  • The VCP Reporting System captures and displays quantitative and qualitative data, locally and nationally, that includes:

    • Number of VA staff participating in a VCP
    • Number and type of community organizations involved in VCPs
    • Number of meetings held
    • Number and type of events that occurred within VCP locations throughout the VA community
    • Anecdotes
    • Changes in practice
    • And more
  • VCP Co-Chairs can access the VCP Reporting System to enter their data or to view what is happening at other VCPs across the country and to produce Summary Reports.
