Who We Are
The PPS Warrant Management Area is responsible for:
- monitoring the overall health of the Department’s Warrant Management Program;
- conducting periodic reviews of contracting officer appointment documents to ensure compliance with Federal and VA Acquisition Regulations, VA Acquisition Manual and other policy requirements;
- providing assistance to Head of Contracting Activity’s and their representatives as required; and
- maintain the automated Warrant Management System for warrant issuance and provide configuration settings for agency and bureau level user accounts.
