Find Participating Non-VA Partners and Providers

Please select a state from the map or click the "View all partners and providers" link for a list of organizations from which VA health care staff can access electronic health information through VA Exchange.  Once the list is displayed, click on the organization to view their locations website for possible connections to providers in your area. In addition, the VA Exchange is also connected with all providers found on CommonWell Health Alliance and Carequality.
