New Executive Training Program
The VHA New Executive Training [NExT] Program is a first time executive orientation opportunity for specific positions in VA medical facilities/VISNs.
Participating in NExT affords newly appointed health care executives a chance to receive guidance from mentors – field experts as well as VA Central Office leadership, attend an orientation among peers where invaluable networking relationships are often created, and join a new discipline-specific Community of Practice group.
Ideally participants have been in their newly appointed executive positions for 6-18 months before attending.
