VHA Senior Executive Orientation
The VHA Senior Executive Orientation (VHA SEO) program was designed for newly appointed senior executive healthcare leaders to help accelerate a successful transition by delivering knowledge transfer in a variety of ways.
This program, meant to be completed within the first year of appointment to senior executive, utilizes two main elements to help in development: 1) a match with a seasoned senior executive mentor and 2) one very practical face-to-face conference.
